Many employees in IT Departments work long hours and weekends and are erroneously paid a salary and expected to work more than 40 hours per week without premium overtime pay. Under California law many IT, IS, and Computer Tech workers should be getting paid overtime even though they are salaried. In fact, all employees are entitled to overtime unless their employer can establish that they are exempt from overtime. Many employers misclassify their workers as "exempt" to save payroll dollars.
The attorneys litigating this case are very familiar with AT&T and its employment practices from other class action lawsuits against AT&T. We are very interested talking to current and/or former AT&T employees who held any of the following positions/titles:
- Technical Architect
- Technical Consultant
- Network Engineer
- Maintenance Administrator
- Project Manager
- Program Manager
- Senior Analysts
- Senior IT Analysts
- Senior Database Administrators
- Employees engaged on the business/operations side of AT&T
